Dischem Poor Service

Dischem customer careline rings too long at Cavendish Square, all my airtime ran out. Last Sunday when the call was finally answered, i asked to be redirected to the perfume counter, and before i could explain what i needed to know, the call cut. I recharged and called again, and it rang for 5min, so i finally out down and decided to go to the store. When one gets to the store sometimes there are about 4 people standing around the customer service counter. How is it that the call be unanswered for so long, just because its a sunday? i was very disappointed at this inefficient customer service, its not fair that my airtime must run out, especially since dischem is known for its low prices and good service.
