Dischem poor service

So angry at dischem I found out late that I was pregnant so obviously first things you think about is the costings that's now being added to your life but also at the same time it's joy . Spoke to a friend and she recommended me to dischem to buy products there so if I accumulate R650 I would receive a baby bag with goodies in there I kid you not I was like literally there the same day stood in a long line got my card bought some products and it added up to R 400 something can't remember then now recently was so excited because I knew my purchase that I had toake to qaulify for the bag is not that much then recently I purchased again at promenade dischem which added up to almost R500 So excited walking over to the help desk asking them do I qaulify the girl straight away tell me you never made purchase on the card which I know is a lie coz the first time when I purchased I double checked to she if the guy that assisted me swiped my card which he did , the. She called mark . Really his not helpful at all all he said there's nothing he can do and then he asked where my slip is to show that I purchased I mean really now who keeps a slip from last year November then he told me sorry mam there's nothing I can do you going to have to make a purchase of R850 then you'll receive the bag . Even after I told him I opened the card last year November . Then the girl told him no I qualify for the R650 package . Walked out of that shop so disappointed thinking that they could have checked there system or the day I opened the card go back on that day but not it's easy just to say there's there's nothing we can do . Poor service I must say not even looking for to this anymore and will never recommend people to dischem this whole baby bag thing for me is a lie .
