Dischem please do something with your DPD courier partners. I’m utterly disappointed and angry as well.

I ordered on the 5th of November. I was promised to receive my package on Monday. Then the courier that they use which dpd they said on Tuesday then still on that day I didn’t receive anything. Then today the dpd driver called me at 6:30 pm confirming my address. I told him I already knocked off. I used my work address for the parcel to be delivered at. He said I must send him my current address which is my home via WhatsApp. I did that. Only for him to call me at 7:00pm saying he is at department of transport. I told him I’m far from there, he should check my location that I sent him on WhatsApp. Did he not say it is far he will deliver it tomorrow. He didn't even open my WhatsApp messages. I doubt he checked my WhatsApp messages. After that he hanged up on me just like that. Today’s is Wednesday which marks 5 business working days since I placed an order and I still haven’t received what is due to me. I have been patient enough but I feel like that the drivers are taking advantage of us. I hope Dischem does something about this because it’s so unprofessional and it inconveniences me as a customer. How can it be that difficult to deliver a parcel from Dischem fourways to Pretoria North??!!!!. I’m writing this review because I’m mad and I didn’t expect this kind of service from dpd laser courier nor dischem. I hope I receive my parcel tomorrow Thursday,after waiting a whole week. And also there is no update on the dpd website,so I’m just in the dark nje and hoping that I get my parcel day after day without knowing the exact date because they keep on postphoning or the driver just decides out of nowhere that he won’t deliver because I’m too far. Isn’t that their job to deliver to the customer???!!!. I paid for delivery not excuses.
