DisChem please call me

I tried to link my Dis-Chem card to my app. I have been getting this error message, "It seems we have some of your details but cannot completely match your app profile to your loyalty profile on our system. Your registration is has been processed and our customer service department will contact you within 2 working days to resolve." I tried to go instore but no one could assist.
