Dischem playing with your health

I delayed writing a review after the last unfortunate incident at Dischem when they "lost" one of my 2 prescriptions that I gave in at the same time, after I spoke to one of the pharmacist and believed servive will ñ improve.

I however lost all trust in Mr J Holtz (pharmacist) and the lady that assisted him on 15/08/18. My prescription was send to them to get ready so that my husband could pick it up before closing, as I was diagnosed with a serious incurable disease and are at a fragile state. It's very important that I take the meds together so that my health can improve as quick as possible.

When my husband arrived, he however got only 1 of the meds on the prescription. The assistant informed my husband that the other medication was discontinued. He told them it's impossible as we just came from the Specials who treat people dàily for the same/similar disease. Mr J Holtz confirmed that the medication is unavailable. * Not unavailable but let me see if I can order it... * Not unavailable but let me contact the doctor for an alternative... ...just unavailable!!

The following day, the doctor ensured me that the medication is definitely NOT discontinued and that the pharmacy should just order some asap.

Another day later I found out that another branch 3.8km further actually HAD the medication in stock. Daniel (another assistant) wasvtold to collect the stock and deliver it.

Today, 5 days later I still did not receive all my medication. * Do they expect customers to drive around from pharmacy to pharmacy to get medication? While every pharmacy require the original prescription? * Why lie if you don't have stock? Were they sò desperate to go home on the 15th? * Are the pharmacist just ***********?

There seems to be a "service" problem most of the time. I would NOT recommend Dischem Platinum Park Polokwane to anyone. The are playing with your health and feel nothing for their clients!

It's extremely inconvenient as Dischem is less than 2km from my home.
