DISCHEM - PHARMASISTS WHO DON'T CARE

I called Dischem Randpark Ridge last week Wednesday to confirm the operating hours of the clinic. I was told that they operate 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. I took time off from work on Thursday to take my son to the clinic for his immunization only to see a sign at the clinic stating that the clinic is closed due to training. Really? Did the lady I spoke to on Wednesday not know that the clinic will be closed on Thursday. I drove 20km and took tiem off work for nothing. Pathetic service from Dischem.
