Dischem Pharmacy Logan Avenue - Highveld and Theresa Nel service is poor and pitiful

Dis-Chem Pharmacy Logan Avenue - Highveld service is pitiful. I was so glad that the old Pharmacy at Highveld was taken over by Dis-Chem because their service were always awful! It seems unfortunately that the service still stayed the same even after Dis-Chem took over. When I go to retrieve my medicine I always wait long periods to be helped. It seems that the staff is working very slowly on purpose. The last 3 times I went there Theresa Nel were helping customers, but as soon as it was my turn to be assisted, she would ignore me just turn her back on me and go to the back. I was notified that she is in charge of Pharmacy and it shows, because the service is very slow and poor. There are some staff at the Pharmacy that does provide very good service and came from Dis-Chem Centurion, it is not the entire Pharmacy, but most of the staff is purposely slow. Theresa Nell is also very rude and condescending when helping me, not sure if this is a personal matter or just because she provides poor service to all, as I know she is from the old Pharmacy before it became a Dis-Chem. This is the main reason why Clicks is my Pharmacy of choose and Dis-Chem will loose many more client to Clicks because of this uncaring attitude.
