Shocking lack of service despite a new pharmacy manager. Scripts dispensed without correct instructions, mistakes in scripts dispensed, waiting period with emails to them can be up to 4 hours unless you create a commotion. It stems from inadequate pharmacy staff, a lot of them are assistants not qualified. Head office aren't really Interested and pass the buck back to the particular store which defeats the whole purpose of calling the head office.
