Dischem Pharmacy is the future brand

I am so delighted by what Dischem has done for me and my family. As a family we are expecting a baby boy. Just like with our other kids we always buy baby food, medication and baby items from Dischem. We buy from Dischem because their prices are reasonable and customer care is always top notch. Their staff members always makes it pleasant to call back at any of their stores. I don’t know their secret but what I know is customer service is the same if you visit different Dischem stores. You would think their staff are photocopies, when you phone their call centre their service is still professional and amazing. When you return items it’s easy and no hassle. I have never seen efficient, reliable and friendly business like Dischem. Today we received our baby bag for free and I must say it doesn’t look like a freebie. It’s something that you can carry with pride. We received Nuk container, Tommy tippee pacifier and many good quality items. We really appreciate honestly the business didn’t have to give any of the goodies but it means a lot. To top it Dischem gave my wife voucher for spa and it’s valid for 6 months. If you are the customer and get such treatment from the business I don’t see why you must think twice to spend money on business that doesn’t see me like a number but value my business. I was amazed by how Dischem use their data, they knew were to deliver the bag without asking me. When I went to their other store this Sunday i could see they know me very well and my buying habits. The pharmacist knew my buying patterns just like Princess Crossing Pharmacist. This are the companies that I positioned for the future. This brand is on another level together with Apple, Woolworth and Discovery health. Dischem employee must be proud to work for such quality brand.
