Dischem Pharmacy Atrium Overport Staff members pathetic service

I went to Dis-chem pharmacy at overport city to buy my son's baby items. So in the baby section purity Sachets are on special and my wife and I decide that since we normally mix with bottles and sachets to try and do more sets of the sachets. Noticing that stock was low and being in retail myself I left my wife with the few remaining to go and get help. A young Zulu lady with short hair slim in size and a gold tooth told me when I got to her eventually after searching in another department for help days straight up as I greet 'if you want anything in this department speak to them 'referring to her colleagues. I stated that I never even ask yet for what I wanted information on and it was in the baby section which then said oh okay n followed me. On the way down the isle I mentioned that I wanted to know if there is any stock of purity Sachets and her response is oh wait we on Wednesday stock comes in tomorrow so come back then and she walks off. On the 26th of every month my wife and I faithfully attend Dischem Westwood and receive excellent superior service. They even willing to phone another store and check for availability for me which was done for A Phillips pump. I spend between R1500.00 - R2600 including make up cosmetics medical aid scripts and so on. I am not a person to judge but when it's service like today 27 June 2018 APPROX 12:15 in the last isle of overport city Dischem I feel it's not only unfair to me as a customer but also other Dischem stores as they don't drop the ball with service.
