Dischem Pharmacist With Bad Attitude!!

I've never in my life been treated with such a bad attitude! This pharmacist called Kaylee at Dischem, Value Centre N1 City - not sure who she thinks she is but if you working with customers or patience you need to treat them with the necessary respect! Firstly my son's script I uploaded at 8 in the morning for chronic meds - by 4 the afternoon I still havent heard anything from them and decided to go and investigate. I was left standing in the collection que for 20 minutes which already started irritating me. Then a big f$$@ng mistry as to where the meds was cause he doesnt share the same surname as the main member 4 people had to ask me the same questions...no man! Then you have the gall to slam the boxes on the counter and tell me that you very busy and thats the reason I didnt get the collection sms. Why have a 2-hour turn around time for scripts when its not being honoured. And no communication to say you running behind or some info to the customer! You can keep your medication & bad service. I'll go somewhere else to get my meds!!!
