I think the Dischem I pmb is really **********, currently one of my family members have been diagnosed with covid a script was uploaded on the durban bluff branch onto the system , I had been told that medication can be collected sad delivered anywhere i first called liberty mall ro deliver to an address that that is not where the covid patient is as that person will deliver it after receiving delivery from dischem and the lady thabitha rajkumar had told me they do delivery and I spoke to her regarding payment options later on when I phoned to confirm delivery she told me there is no delivery on a public holiday leaving me helpless and the patient without medication risking his life and her she had a bad attitude and was unapologetic after that a , a lady went to hayfields dischem to pick up meds they could not pick up the script uploaded on thr bluff they wanted thr doctors script thr script was left at the bluff and because they were closing refused to help leaving the lady to pick vitamins and not assisting they demanded that the script was for durban and the security guard told they lady to leave cause they were closing again leaving th patient without his meds he is without meds and c19 positive I want to know thr rush to leave for home is it more important than patients lives and the lady at thr bluff branch had confirmed that had followed the wrong process i would like to go on record to say Dichem pharmacies in PMB have leave a patient life af risk and failed to recover on this
