Dischem - paid parcel wasn't delivered

Hi, I've always been very impressed with Dischem Olympus but after this week... I've placed an online order on the 9th of July 2020 and on the website it shows that my parcel is delivered. I how ever received an incorrect parcel during the week and phoned to inform the relevant person that I received his parcel and that I will keep it for him.

The problem now is WHERE IS MY PARCEL? I've phoned Dischem Olympus and the response I got is that it is not there problem. According to the lady working with the online parcels, they do not have the parcel and I must contact other branches to try and find my parcel myself.

I did speak to other branches but they also do not know where the parcel is.

Unfortunately you need to pay after placing the order.

The reality - I did not receive my parcel, Dischem Olypus is not going to help me - money lost and a lot of time on the phone waisted.....

Never again will I make use of this service. (Never happened with PnP for example)
