Dischem Paarl cut calls after almost hour on hold

I was on hold for 39 minutes at Dischem call centre..finally transferred to Paarl Dischem for appointment with clinic..while holding my call got cut off..after a total of 48minutes! I lost so much airtime just for my call to be cut...unacceptable..im not buying airtime to waste again!
