Dischem overcharge and no response

They have a wonderful messaging app to report concerns. Comes back and says you will get a response... but that's it. No reply received to issue logged on 22 Feb.... Was only a small issue re being overcharged... bought 2 packets of soap that were clearly labelled buy 5 get one free... Was charged for 12 not 10.
