Dischem overcharge

I went to Dischem at pavilion on Saturday,I was overcharged on hair colour, on catalogue the price was r132 I was charged r145, when I enquired the lady said r179, minus 20% ,I said to her I'm not looking at your shelve prices ,I'm looking at the catalogue sale price ,she said no she can't ,after insisting I finally got the sale price ,I stood there for half and hour while she goes around asking and looking for the manager ,I will not be shopping there again ,I spend 2000.00 there monthly , very poor service with half dead staff ,really sad how the customers service have gone to the dogs .
