Dischem online store is the worst in SA

Tried to order from Dischem online today. Battled to find the products I want and the site is not optimised for tablet computers. Worst was to come - used my loyalty points and these were deducted and then their third party payment system failed my credit card (not pre-registered but nowhere is this mentioned on their site before payment). Then the re-direct back to dischem failed. So I sit with a failed order and my loyalty points have been deducted off my *** of them! I am MAD. Typically, no call centre agents available. Sunday I guess but this is not explained. <br> <br> I compare this to Makro which was a wonderful online experience. Get your act together dischem
