DISCHEM ONLINE SHOPPING IS A *******

I have purchased on the 6 of Jan2021 from the above on two orders and paid in full, on the 9 Jan I was sent an sms stating there are delays being a loyal customer I was OK with that, and Following that on the 12 I was told Order*** is currently being processed at the Atrium Centre in Overport on the 13 Jan a further sms stating they are unable to deliver all of the stock. You cannot contact anyone personally As to why they took so long to realize they have no stock and being a pensioner I am not able to run around and today I have learnt it takes 14 days for the money to be in my account, their service stinks
