Dischem Online shopping incompetence! Send what you have not ordered!

Thought I will try Dischem's online order. What a waste of time!

Waited forever to arrive. When we opened the box Dischem took it on themselves to replace the product with a totally different product without consulting us!?!?

Now we have to go through the schlep to get the product refunded / REPLACED WITH THE CORRECT PRODUCT!

What a disappointment Dischem!!
