Dischem online shopping is the worst...I ordered online on the 10th March 2024, I live in the NW (Hartbee****rt) and my order was confirmed and it was to be delivered to a Parco collection centre in the area the same day. The day ended; no communication from the collection centre that my package was ready for collection but it being a Sunday I assumed they'd call on Monday. On Monday the 11th, I received an sms notification that my order is being processed in the Eastern Cape and will be shipped before end of day. I then called the Dischem online customer center to ask how my order ended up in the Eastern Cape and NOT Northwest, for as many years that I've lived, I never knew that there was a Hartbee****rt Dam in the Eastern Cape. Apparently their system picked up "Damdoryn" and Hartbee****rt in the Eastern Cape...🙄 I then asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money since the area they plan to deliver to is non existent, defeats the purpose of ordering online....it was clear that I'd never receive that package....EC vs NW. Till today (14 days later) I'm still waiting for money back. I call them and they tell me that my order was completed according to their system....HOW? When I cancelled and still even if it was, I don't have anything to show on my side....NO money, no package.

DISCHEM online wants to CHEAT me off of my money ....they clearly don't know what they are doing. The nerve to tell me that Kosmos Hartbee****rt is in Eastern Cape...😒 I WANT MY MONEY BACK Dischem.

However depend on your bank funds may take few days to reflect.
