Dischem online shopping

I have placed an order for 8 items on Dischem's online website on 21 March. They debited me for the full amount on 23 March. I had to wait until 3 April for deliverey. A sealed box was delivered - no invoice or indication what was inside. On openng the box, only 3 items were inside. I contacted Dischemin this regard, and after some time they promised that my bank account will be credited within 14 working days!? It is now 5 May, and no money has been returned!! BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM DISCHEM!!
