Dischem online shop take your money then short supply you without refund

Dischem online service leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly they take at least a week to get your order delivered to you. in a big city like Jhb. I ordered on 21Mar, 2020 took 5 days to say where order would come from, took another week to get delivered with a courier. They debit your account straight away. I received the sealed box from the courier. Tally shows 5 items short. Items short total R601.70. write 2 e-mails to their customer care. I tel the Dischem where the order was done. No reply tel their careline get answer say wasnt their credit note, put me through to branch. Get through no rephly from on olnine delivers. get told they will tel me back. Still waiting. Now what about my credit refund. am a pensioner that money means a lot to me.
