Dischem ONLINE services - TERRIBLE

I placed an ONLINE order for 8 products on 22 March 2020. The confirmation email advised that it will be 3-7 working days for order to be delivered. 10 working days later I receive my order with 2 products missing. No info or note on the delivery and/or missing items.

I send an email (to the email address provided in the confirmation email) on 10 April, just to wait another 6 days for a response. The person mentions about an "enclosed packing slip" and that any missing items will be highlighted on it and will be refunded, however there is NO slip/paper print out of any sort in the box, and also no refund on the account the purchase was made on!

I will NOT use or recommend ANYONE to use the Dischem online ordering facility! Really horrible experience with this.
