Dischem online service delivery

I have ordered online from Dischem on the 4th of February 2020 and today (the 10th of February 2020) the order is still not delivered. I have email the customer care email address, however they never rep****.

This is unacceptable and poor customer service as there is no need to make use of their online service if it takes them more than a week to deliver, and please also note that they are open on Saturdays and Sunday as it is normal working working days in retail.

I will never order from Dischem online service again - and would recommend all client to do the same as they never rep**** to my email and till date we still have not received our order.
