Dischem online poor service

I ordered perfumes online on the 15th December 2021. On Friday the 17th I received an email saying that they are out of stock. When I called dischem head office they told me my order was being processed. I logged in on my dischem account it stated that my order was being processed. I called dischem overport because dischem head office told me it's them that are processing the order, dischem overport told me my order is closed because they are out of stock but their head office and my dischem online account stated that order is being processed. On the 18th December 2021 my order was canceled without explanation. No email received from dischem stating that my order is canceled. My order number is ***
