Dischem Online , please just close your online shop

Online **** order process. If a company as Dischem has a online option in today’s business and technology it must deliver a service that keeps the customer happy, and if you can not do that, just stop the online shop, it’s doing more harm than good.

How can a order be processed on a Saturday and then on a Wednesday I have to call and find out what is going on with the order just to be told some of the items I have orders is out of stock? Then why say on your site o can order it? And secondly why not contact me and say we do t have the items in stock can we send the other products or do we wait for all the products then ship it? Why with the technology we have today do you get this wrong? So great, I will make sure I mention this on my social media platforms also.
