Dischem online pathetic service

I made an online order the 22nd March and opted for patio collections which was supposed to be ready on Friday the 24th. I called on Saturday to follow up was advised there were some missing items and it should be ready for collection on the 27th or 28th. I've been tracking the order and it shows it's with the courier since the 27th not even out for delivery. If I knew it would be such an inconvenience I would have ordered elsewhere where customers are taken seriously.Im so frustrated with Dischem as there are some essential items that I urgently need and am without due to their incompetence. This will be last time I order from them as it's not convenient and I've tried every number on their website to follow up today and guess what all in vain as there's no one to answer calls.
