Dischem Online - Pathetic!

<p>On Tuesday the 19th of July I purchased 2 boxes of nappies as Dischem Online was having a 'One Day Only' sale. It took me over an hour to log onto their site. I assume this was due to high demand. Once I eventually logged in, I selected my items and completed the payment via credit card. There was a pop up confirming that my transaction was successful. The next day, I checked on the status of my deliver and found that there were no pending deliveries on my account and the items that I had purchased the day before were now in my basket. When I queried this with Dischem I was told to send them my credit card statement. When I checked my statement I noted that the money had been deducted but showed as a pending transaction. I'm not sure whether this was caused by my bank / Dischem's. This has never been an issue with any of my many online purchases before. Now Dischem has said that they will issue me with a voucher and I must re-submit my order. Obviously due to the fact that the sale was only for one day, I now have to pay full price! This will be the last time I ever shop at Dischem (online or otherwise!) Dischem - if you want to provide an online service, I suggest that you ensure you have the onlide support required to run it sufficiently.</p>
