Dischem online orders

I’ve placed 2 online orders on the 15th and 16th March. I’m expecting a refund to the value of R13000. Its been a month and it’s still not reflecting in my account. I’ve been told it’s been processed but I don’t believe it. Dischems online service is appalling!!!!!
