Dischem Online Medication Ordering App / System

Dischem online / App faults and errors.

I repeatedly get incorrect notifications. I take time off work and waste time due to Dischem's Medication online App / system. This results in faulty sms and whattsapp messages and medication management online. The Dischem dispensing Pharmisists acknowledge that there are general problems with the app.

The repeat medication is managed incorrectly. Repeat scripts does not appear. Multiple script collections are sent for no reason for which I take time off to find frustrated and confused Dischem staff not knowing what is going on.

I have to keep track of my medication, repeats and scripts because the system is faulty and incorrect.

This has been an ongoing problem since April 2023 and staff in different stores have acknowledged this problem to several times. They have to unpack and sort through all collection packages and then go online to verify and cross-check scripts and multiple orders that are generated by the online app.

Repeat scripts sent in online does jot record the repeats and the staff needs to recover the original paper script to verify repeats.

The Dischem App customer service feedback function online does not work and I had to send an email to notify them and raise my complaint.
