Dischem online

Last week I ordered good from Dischem. After placing the order I receive 2 separate emails which I thought was weird but I just went on with my day. The next day my order comes and I am missing a item. Then get a email saying my order is available to collect at the store in Ottery. I was so confused because I paid for my items to be delivered. I called the store and this lovely woman assisted me I wish I knew what her name was. She arranged for the item that was missing to be sent to me and it arrived the very same day.
