Dischem Online can't provide customers with their orders

Dischem Online is currently providing customers with the worst online service and it's an actual joke of an online store. I placed an order one week ago for a few items and still have not received my package. Now after one week of waiting I receive a call from one of their stores to say the reason I have not received my parcel is that the store does not have one of the items in stock and other stores in the area do not have it hence the rain for the delay. Online it shows that there is stock and there is probably stock in other areas but the way Dischem seems to be running their business is if the store they allocate for your order does not have the item you won't get it.

In a world where we are buying just about everything online Dischem is way behind in their service delivery. I placed an order at Clicks two weeks ago and received my package the next day. I received an online order from China recently in ten days. Dischem takes over a week and clearly does not care to inconvenience customers or make them aware of the issue early on. I spend a lot of money at Dischem monthly but after this experience I really feel I should be purchasing my items elsewhere.
