Dischem online

I placed an order 6 days ago online and the system did mention that the stock is not available and I doubt if the ever had I ordered OPI nail hardner and even paid via OZOW. After a day I got an email that they didn't have the product and I will get refunded in 3 to 14 days. My point is if they updated the system to let me know that the product is out of stock I would t have paid the money. Now I have to wait for 3 to 14 days for my money. I had to go to another shop to buy the product.

I find it unfair on me as a customer tool have to wait for a refund for so many days whilst the fault is theirs. I even asked if I can't be refunded from the shop and didn't get any response.
