Dischem **** online bussiness

Dont buy online at Dischem. The website shows items are available. But, they are out of stock. Instead of reverse my money, they added it as a credit for online orders. It is something that i dont want. I called few times and wrote emails. The rep**** by call was it can take 14d for them to decide if my money can be reversed. It is a bad way of bussiness. Advertising items you dont have and i must keep buying online in your company.
