Dischem online - a total disaster

I ordered goods online from Dischem. Mainly because of COVID!!! I am trying to be careful and not go into the store. Firstly the order time from a pharmacist is unacceptably long (Over a week). Too bad if you have an urgent item to buy. Secondly, many pretty basic items I wished to order are only available in store, not online, which is pathetic during a time like now. Thirdly, they sent my order to the wrong address and mixed it up with another person's order. It is 10 days since I made the order and I still do not have it. The lesson: Pay a bit more and order from your local nearby pharmacy. Mine is May's Chemist who do a much better job and deliver on the same day!
