Dischem Oncology seems closed for business,

I get life saving medication every month from Dischem Direct-Oncology. Joburg. However since this is a blood product I often get it in batches. I am still short 7 boxes from last month. I am phoning today -actually 5 times now, and no-one seems to know who deals with it and those that might know are on leave. My med aid paid R30,000 for this outstanding batch a few weeks ago and I am no nearer getting now it than I was weeks ago. I use a box a day and what really surprises me is the callous brushing off of by people that work there. The lady was condescending and rude said she is doing her best but her best isn't helping and she knows it. Service in this country is very poor even when your life depends on it.
