Dischem Olympus is protecting its *********** employee

Dischem Olympus packed my medications incomplete for the month of September/October. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 months to no avail. Dischem and Discovery are making a fool of me, none of them are taking accountability. I spoke with Wanda today and they showed her the Dischem employee who mis-packed my order. Instead of investigating the employee, she is harassing me blaming Discovery Medexpress for the mess. I need the outstanding medication urgently
