Dischem not there for woman's Health

Called netcare 911 to confirm which hospital we can take my daughter, they confirmed netcare n1 city is the DSP for dischem health insurance, xrays was done and daughter discharged , but only portions of the account was paid as the doctor is not on there list , xrays not paid at all as no one called for Auth according to them , but the hospital called them and told them , must each department call you guys for Auth ? Worse product ever!
