Dischem not paying Vitality Reward Points

<p>I have been battling to get my Vitality HealthyCare CashBack from Clicks since the beginning of 2016. It has been 13 months of "we changed our systems", " the points will be awarded later", "Ok we will get back to you" and worst of all: deafening silence.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spent at least R600 per month at Dischem, and am due at least R1100 in HealthyCare cashback. However, only R49.02 has been awarded to me. This query has taken over a year now and still they won't pay it,</p>
