Dischem Norwood manager

On Friday afternoon I went to Dischem Norwood to purchase a foundation so when I got to the tills I saw that there’s no queue. I decided to take a short cut instead of going around. I get to the first till the cashier tells me she’s not open, second till same thing, third till same thing. I then decide to just round because clearly they do not want to assist me. When I’m walking away the lady from the second till she tells me( I don’t have manners and she will not assist me), I looked at her and walked away. When I get to the till I ask the lady assisting me to call the manager. When the manager comes I explain the story to him and his first response was “but that’s not what I heard”, I’m like but I’m telling you this is what happened and is that how your staff treat customers?. He was like I’ll look at the cameras and sort it out, I was perplex how will cameras explain to him what have happened. I asked him ‘is that all’?he was like want do you want me to do, I then said to him I’ll take this further and walked out of the shop. He followed me to my work place right into the kitchen to threaten me and these are the things he said: I’m not your husband or boyfriend I’m not your father I don’t **** with you I know the owners of this store and I can get you fired. I’m talking about a big giant white man, I have never been so traumatized in my life.

I hope this matter will reach the right people and I will get my justice
