Dischem Norwood Pharmacy - called in to find out if they had stock. Was transferred from pillar to post. A one minute call turned into an instant transfer exercise (cold transfers) resulting in retelling the same story - when I mentioned this to the last person they simply dropped the call. What’s the point of call recordings when the training isn’t up to scratch.
