Dischem Northridge Mall Bloemfontein

Very bad experience about this Dischem branch at Northridge mall in Bloemfontein - very bad service !! Stay away and don't support them ! I bought a few months ago X3 polarized sunglasses to keep in my various vehicles for driving. The quality of this product is unfortunately very bad of these glasses as the hinges in the frames crack and break despite being handled very carefully, I tried to at least return or swop around one of the sunglasses which I really only used a few times. When I went in to customer care on 22/12/24, a lady called Maria at customer care was uncertain how to resolve my and called the manager on duty who had a very suspicious and unfriendly attitude from the start - he questioned and checked everything and later found that indeed I did buy x2 sets of the same glasses at his Dischem branch earlier this year. He then tried his utmost best to see how he could NOT help me instead of rather trying to see how he best could indeed help me, I am a regular client of Dischem. He ultimately said no, he will not help me despite the product being very bad which they sold to me and would only be able to help if it had been bought about a week ago or so ! This despite the glasses hardly being used and clearly due to bad quality. So. as another client also reviewed them, they deserve less than 1 star rating and I encourage clients to rather support alternative shops such as Clicks, or smaller private pharmacies, etc who generally have a good reputation and track record for excellent service !! I will personally avoid buying at Dischem stores again as much as possible in the future !! Judging by many other negative reviews of this Dischem branch, I suggest senior management and the directors should seriously check and re-align their business operations and staff of this branch in Bloemfontein as there are clearly many things drastically wrong there !!
