Dischem no longer reliable

Concentrate so much on chronic scripts for lazy people that they ignore walk-in clients or clients that need urgent medication. Patients that walk-in with scripts who are actually sick are left to stand in queues for ages only to find that medication is not even available. Urgent scripts sent by GP's are ignored so patients suffer from long term problems due to lack of medication. They spent time on useless messages about chronic medication that they no longer import or provide.
