DISCHEM - NO CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS (ALWAYS)

On Saturday, I was at the Cornubia store. stood approx 25 minutes in the line for self medication (only 2 people) - rushed to the till to pay, another 20 minute wait. grabbed 2 dove lotions cos it was on special. Guess what! ONCE AGAIN I GOT CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THE PROMO. I realised this and called the store. was to come in and collect refund (like fuel is free). Cheryl advised that she would send someone on sunday but i asked her to check with me first. she sends the guy, I was not home. still waiting for my refund. service is always bad there, told Preston this on numerous occasions. very very dissapointing to see it gets worse as the days go by.
