Dischem neglient issuing wrong medication

Pharmacists that doesnt care about patients health/life risks due to their negligence by issuing wrong medication.

Then accept liability and offer compensation but their insurers insists they not accepting liability and offer R5000 as settlement.

More complaints of the same nature experienced by different people. They will take responsibility if someone dies as a result of their negligence and sue them from the grave it seems.
