Dischem Mosselbay Heiderand

Today, I visited one of my favorite places—Dischem. However, this visit was extra special because I was picking up a baby nappy bag that I had qualified for at Dischem Heiderand in Mossel Bay.

Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to the treatment I received at the customer service counter. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, just to collect my bag, but the staff member assisting me was unwelcoming and uninterested in my enthusiasm. As I tried to share how excited I was, she abruptly interrupted me, asked me to sign with my Dischem card, and showed no interest in engaging with me.

When I politely inquired whether they had a baby boy nappy bag—since my app profile indicates I’m expecting a boy—she cut me off again and firmly stated that the bags are uni***. Her tone and attitude were unfriendly, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

As a loyal Dischem shopper, I was truly shocked by the lack of customer service I experienced today. It left me feeling unwelcome and has made me think twice about shopping at Dischem in the future.
