Dischem mossel bay - sharing personal information

I have a prescription that was loaded at dischem mossel bay. I received my medication once and lost it. I returned to dischem mossel bay who then gave me a emergency supply. I didn't find my meds and wanted again a emergency supply which i was denied. I asked to get the prescription back and tried at medirite. Medirite informed me that dischem mossel bay had phoned all the pharmacies to inform them about me and that they should not help me. I would like to know where I gave permission for any of my details to be shared with other pharmacies.
