Dischem Midlands Mall pmbg -No proper training.

I have dealt with Dischem for many years -Midlands Mall Pmbg. In fact, since they opened the shop. Yesterday I sent them an order accompanied by a new script from my Dr. I received a statement from my medical aid yesterday saying that two medications had not been paid because I needed a new script. I had sent Dischem the new script from my Dr, WITH MY ORDER ,not only yesterday but today again. I phoned and the girl on the phone was saying that it sometimes takes days for a new script to upload!! That is nonsense. In the next breath she said she can see it is ready for sending-which is it? I am 76 and have been doing this for 40 years. She said the Dr has to update the script-I kept saying I sent you the new script-Twice. She should not argue with a customer-I found her condescending and rude, apart from talking nonsense. The trouble with that branch is that they do not read incoming emails properly.
