Dischem Midlands Mall

Dischem Midlands Mall PMBG . I would have thought that pharmacists would take their jobs more seriously than they do at Dischem Midlands Mall. I order my medication by email-(so they have it in writing) and give them at least two days notice. My email was ignored for three days last week, and only came on Friday because I followed it up by PHONE, It was an item short. After I phoned she said they only had two tablets, which they eventually sent. Today 5/2/24, I receive 3x sms's from them-two saying the medication is out on delivery and another saying it was delivered TODAY. I phoned to query and 'the pharmacist" said she would check with the delivery person by phone. At 4.55pm I phoned again and they says they have no stock and don't know when they will have. She said she would send a different strength and I should take 4 instead of one. Why couldn't they have phoned and delivered that today??? Even the delivery person tells me to check my package as they so seldom get it right. I know service delivery in the country is at zero level but one expects pharmacists to have some sense. They are often patronising and speak down to older people-that is if you can get them to come to the phone. I am furious at the level of "couldn't care less" from them.
