Dischem Menlyn Mall poor service

The service at the clinic is absolutely unacceptable. The communication is non-existent. My first experience, I waited over an hour after the time of my appointment and was told that the system is not working. I do nnot understand why no one could communicate this earlier. My second experience on 25-06-24, I made an appointment only to arrive in time for my appointment to find a client whose appointment was before mine, complaining that she had been waiting for over 30 minutes and that now, her consultation has run over to my appointment time, meaning that I would have to wait even longer. Honestly, I do not see why we must make appointments when we end up waiting over an hour just to go in for the consultation. Another thing I found unnecessary and time consuming, was the fact that they've introduced a new system that requires the client to go get injections or tests over the counter and come back to continue with the consultation. You end up having to join another line at the dispensary which adds on to the time spent at Dischem.
